Important Information Regarding Medical Forms

Mandatory Submission of Medical Forms

To ensure the safety and well-being of all camp participants, it is required that all medical forms be completed in full and submitted prior to the start of camp. You can submit these forms either by emailing them to Info@wwbacamps.com or by bringing a hard copy on the first day of camp.

Please note: Without these completed forms, campers will not be allowed to participate in any camp activities. This policy helps us to provide a safe environment for everyone and to be prepared for any medical needs during the camp.
